About us
EarCleaning.uk is a specialist earwax removal service based in South Warwickshire, proudly serving the local community and surrounding areas.
Founded by experienced paramedic David, the service offers domiciliary (home visit) treatments for individuals aged 16 and over.
EarCleaning.uk utilises safe and effective techniques—including microsuction, irrigation, and manual removal—to treat blocked, impacted, or excessive earwax.
We aim to see all patients within 48 hours of enquiry, and are happy to accommodate advance bookings arranged by family members or caregivers to ensure timely and convenient care.
Cost and payment
Pricing and Payment Information
The cost of earwax removal is £64, which includes a full at-home assessment and treatment for both ears. If no treatment is required, a £14 refund will be issued.
For double appointments—such as couples or family members seen during the same visit—the total fee is £110. In cases where no treatment or referral is necessary, a £5 refund per person will be provided.
Payment links are sent via email or SMS upon confirmation of your appointment and pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
For patients unable to pay online, we are happy to accept card or cash payments during the home visit
Risk assessment
Before undergoing any treatment, we require that a risk assessment form be completed and signed. This is an essential step to ensure that you fully understand the procedure, including any associated risks, and to confirm that there are no known contraindications relevant to your health.
If you have any questions or concerns, your clinician will be happy to discuss the procedure with you in detail prior to treatment.
The risk assessment form will be sent to you via email or messaging service in advance, or alternatively, you may complete and sign it on the day of your appointment.
Please note that all discussions are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not store any medical or personal data. Each treatment is considered a standalone session, and therefore, a new risk assessment is required before every appointment.
